We are currently existing in an unprecedented time of social change and upheaval. The World appears to be falling, while individually and collectively we are awakening and being called to ascend.
Receiving this Call is a radical experience of how to “understand,” balance and integrate the guidance you are receiving from the Universe via Dreams, Visions, Synchronicities, Soul Contracts, Intuition etc; with your human blueprint which encapsulates childhood trauma, ancestral and intergenerational patterns and your specific calling on Earth in order to integrate them into your Human Experience and somehow not go insane
There are many terms you may have come across to describe what you have been experiencing. Awakening, Ascension, Twin Flame Journey, Soul Contracts. These may have been triggered by Traumas, Illness, Psychedelic Experiences Unexpected Changes or Losses in your life.
It is nearly impossible to explain what is happening to you. Even your “spiritual friends” think you need a reality check. But you cannot ignore what is happening, and you know that it is resonating deeply within you, in places you cannot even comprehend.
Many of us turn to Mediums, Psychedelic Experiences, Tarot Readers, YouTube Guru’s, etc for guidance, trying to piece together all of their approaches and push our awakening as far as we can. Work, family and everyday life constantly thwarts our ability to stay present and pulls our attention to bills, events and responsibilities.
I have experienced all of this and am still on my Path. What I can offer is over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Psychotherapist specializing in Trauma and the Spiritual/Emotional causes of Illness.
