Your brain was designed in Childhood. So everything you want to solve is connected to this time.
Yes, sometimes it won’t “make sense” logically. But I promise you, its there.
Solving any problem is connected to your “Inner Child” experiences that molded you as a person. And your “Shadow,” your unconscious, your self sabotage, the parts of yourself you know are there but can’t see or understand.
I will help you see them, talk to them, understand them.
This is challenging work, which is why I employ the best Interventions available, and tweak them to their maximum capabilities. These include Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I offer several variations on my work below. Sliding scale is available for all options.

I am a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapist (EMDR) and also utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) to assist you releasing past traumas impacting the mind and body.

Inner Child Release
You’ve done so much work on yourself, but still can’t kick those deeply ingrained beliefs or the addiction to bad habits? This is likely due to early childhood programming which can be extremely difficult to access. With my signature 4 session protocol we can locate and target the beliefs holding you back. Most people describe this process as life changing.

EMDR Intensives
Most people opt for EMDR Intensives to help release a distressing memory. However I specialize in helping you to hone in on the most problematic beliefs interrupting your ability to move forward in life. I have modified existing protocols to maximize effectiveness and reduce exhaustion in the process.
